From there, the photos are handed to our photo repair technician and they get to work! We send you a watermarked preview of your beautifully restored photo, for your approval. Each photo you upload for restoration comes with one free revision. The revision will be emailed to you, with a watermark, for you to approve within a 48 hour timeframe. Although we’re confident that you will love your photo restorations, we’ll happily refund your money in the rare case we are not able to resolve your issues or match your vision.

Yes, we send a watermarked preview of your submitted photo(s) to your email address before we begin the printing process. You have 48 hours to approve or state of any changes you’d like in the restored photo; if there is no response from you after 48 hours, we move forward with the printing and delivery process.

For the highest quality in our delivery of the restored photo, we recommend scanning your photo in using the scanner on your printer. From there, please fill out the form above and attach the scanned photo.

If you are unable to scan your photo, you can use the camera on your phone and simply take a picture of the photo you wish to have restored. Please keep the photo as straight, and in focus, as possible. From there, please fill out the form above and attach the shot of your photo you took using your phone.

If you feel you are unable to scan or take a picture of the photo you want restored, you may call us at (516) 960-2156 and we will arrange a form, alongside instructions, for you to mail your photo to us. Additional scanning and shipping costs will be added to your order total.

Of course! Simply check off the “Digital Restored Photo Only” option, fill out the necessary information, and upload the photo you need enhanced. From there, we will send you the final product via email.

You own the rights to your photos. Some photos are restored using AI technology but we assure you that your family photos are not used to train any models and thus are not released to companies for continuous use.

For the standard order containing a digitally restored photo, frame, and complimentary gift box, we ship out an order within 2-5 business days after your approval of the restored photo.
